panenjp Terms & Platform Usage Conditions
This document governs the rights and obligations of all users who access and use the services of panenjp. Please read these terms thoroughly before registering an account or using any feature on the platform. By continuing to use the service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the panenjp website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service available on this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. Use of the service by individuals under the required age is strictly prohibited.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and the operators of the panenjp platform. If you do not agree with one or more of the terms set out here, you are asked to stop using this platform immediately. Continued access to the platform after an updated version of the terms is published will be considered acceptance of the latest applicable version.

2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at panenjp. Registering more than one account by the same individual constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete in accordance with official identification.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. All activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action, unless you report unauthorized access to us in writing as soon as possible. panenjp is not liable for any losses resulting from the sharing of account information with third parties.
Identity verification may be required before an account can be fully activated or before certain withdrawals can be processed. Users must provide valid identity documents upon request. Failure to provide the required verification may result in temporary restrictions on account features.
3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
panenjp users must use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable law. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or manipulation of game outcomes
- Creating or using more than one account to take advantage of promotions
- Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt platform systems
- Using an account for money laundering or illegal transactions
- Distributing harmful or offensive content or content that infringes on the rights of others
- Abusing the bonus system or loyalty programs in an unauthorized manner
- Allowing third parties to use your account on your behalf
Violations of the above terms may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, cancellation of existing balances and bonuses, and further legal action if necessary. panenjp reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions at panenjp are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered under the same name as the panenjp account in question. A mismatch between the account identity and the payment method may cause transaction delays or rejections.
For deposits, users may use digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana) or bank transfers to designated accounts. Deposit processing times vary depending on the chosen method — digital wallets are generally faster. For withdrawals, users must ensure the destination account is held in the same name as the registered account. Withdrawal processing times may vary and depend on internal verification processes and policies in effect at that time.
panenjp is not responsible for fees or delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed, unless a technical error is verifiable by our team. Users are advised to always retain proof of transactions for reference if needed.
5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
panenjp reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account if a violation of these terms is found, suspicious activity is detected, or actions are taken that are harmful to other users or the platform. In cases of account closure due to a proven violation, any remaining balance may not be withdrawable depending on the severity of the violation.
Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting the panenjp support team. Before the closure is processed, all available balances not subject to specific conditions may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable procedure. Accounts that are inactive for a certain period may be subject to a specific policy that will be communicated separately.
If an account is temporarily suspended for verification purposes, the user will be notified via their registered email and asked to provide the required documents within a specified timeframe. Failure to respond within that timeframe may result in permanent account closure.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content available on the panenjp platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of panenjp or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia and relevant international law.
Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from platform content without the explicit written permission of panenjp. Unauthorized use of panenjp's trademarks, logos, or name for commercial purposes constitutes a serious violation and may be subject to legal action.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of panenjp. The presence of such links does not imply that we endorse or are responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party sites entirely at their own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, panenjp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if panenjp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
panenjp does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible. In such situations, we will make every effort to minimize disruption and keep users informed.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the use of panenjp services will be resolved through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms in Indonesia.
